time to get up to date!!

I am Teresha I thought that it was time to keep the world up to date on what I am doing with my life and now that i am out and about traveling and not currently living in Uganda it was even important to keep everyone up to date!!

i am currently sitting in my parents study in sunny Hunting don (Uk), printing off the photos of our children who are sponsored, i still cant belief how many children we have sponsors for now yes, 8 at school who are deaf. Trying to catch up with paper work. Sadly paper work follows you every where you go!!

Yes, we have around another 15 + who need sponsors to go to school, but it is a HUGE START!!

Next thursday I am off to Brazil, south America scary- I have only ever been to Africa and Europe I've never got to any other contient, many people who read this will be like how can a person who lives in Uganda and lives like a Ugandan be scaried!!

what i am doing in Brazil??
ywam has many short courses and through a HIV/aids conference I started talking to a woman who runs the YWAM belo horinzote base and she started discussing her base and family, I knew it was right to go and know i am heading off to brazil to study a school called children at risk which covers everything from Hiv/aids, to family ministries.

For a person who runs a children's disabilities project to of never done any formal child care training it is VERY surprising!!

Spring of Hope is going well, i spoke to mawazi and moses(the guys who help run the project) yesterday and we have had a busy week with 50 children turning up for sign language workshop, where our largest figure before has been 20. its shocking, 80% of those parents have turned due to word of mouth!!
